Return and Refund Policy
At ScooterBio, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy to provide peace of mind.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- All tags must remain attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. Additionally, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Returns of sale items or gift cards are not permitted.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Product name, SKU, and reason for the return
- A brief description of the issue (if applicable)
- A copy of your proof of purchase.

Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where to send the item.

Please ensure the item is in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your return is due to an issue on our end (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@scooterbio.com. We will guide you through the return process and issue a prepaid return label at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the desired product. If you require assistance with this process, please contact us.
Refunds
Once we have received your return and inspected the item, we will notify you about whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at support@scooterbio.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To exercise your right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
